Welcome to ACP Middle School
Every day provides new opportunities to learn skills in a non-traditional setting as students develop relationships and build trust to achieve their personal goals.
ACP is a program made possible by three different school districts. In this unique collaboration the School districts serving Mount Abe, Vergennes and Middlebury have identified a need for additional services and created the Addison Consortium Program.
Immersive Learning
Students will begin each day off site in an immersive learning environment. The program has currently aligned with some independent venues such as: a local farm where students will work outside and learn about the business of agriculture; Equine Assisted Learning; Outdoor adventure/team building activities led by ACP staff and more!

The Learning Team as ACP have decades of experience among them. This highly skilled team has educational, behavioral and therapeutic backgrounds that allow them to create individual plans and goals to best serve your student.
